How do I help my grandfather to quit smoking?
My grandfather smokes a lot aweful. His new year resolution to quit smoking. Is what I can do to help this process?? Anything I should not?
You can not help someone who does not help themselves. Anything you can do is be there for him and support him. Keep reminding him of his resolution, but the Nag. Good luck! ♥
