I live in Orlando and have been to a seminar to stop smoking at the Holiday Inn in Altamonte Springs by the I-4. I do not know if Gorygan was the guy who has done or not but I got out of the Orlando Sentinal add. It was very good, but the only problem is once you leave your ok for a day or two, but after you really start again urges. I found This script self-hypnosis that I could record my self reading the script, then listen to it really helped. I put on every night before falling asleep for about a month. I have been smoke free for almost 2 years now.
