Many smokers have been smoking cigarettes for years, or even ten years. Typically, smokers have actually allocated part of their time smoking alone. And even without the time, they can multi-task and perform other work while they puff a stick. A few minutes of what they need to be able to finish a cigarette, and they can ensure that they have just enough time to do so.
Smokers may use every excuse they can get just to be able to drag of a cigarette. You can see some people driving their car with a hand holding a stick while the other takes the wheel. There are also times when you see a light smoking a cigarette after a stressful event. When people laugh and dance in clubs, drinking alcohol, they smoke too. And yet the most common is when people smoke right after a good meal. When they are too full to do other things, they smoke because they believe it allows them to digest what they have eaten.
People who smoke may do so whenever they feel like doing it. They can make excuses like stress, boredom, peer pressure or just the usual "it's a part of me" excuse. But if smoking is actually a part of your life now, How would you handle these things when you've finally decided to quit smoking? The act of abandonment alone is a difficult task, but the part where you have to eliminate a practice of your usual routine is much more difficult. As you fight the urge to smoke, You'll find it less difficult for you not to smoke the next time your cravings kick in.
