Do you think it is wrong to use children as a weapon to get people to do what you want, or to inflict guilt?
If you do then why the government thinks it is ok to use children in a campaign to stop smoking to get parents to abandon making them feel guilty?
I think the use of children in these ads is horrible. Also teaching them to get their parents to school. Until smoking becomes illegal in the school and the government have no more right to interfere in the parent-child relationship as they are for banning Christmas. Christmas should be honored, and the winter holidays other nuns. The policy forbids any ceremony at the school is terrible. I can not tell you what I had to undo the damage when one evening I had a glass of wine and my 8 year old child went to school saying that I think my mom is an alcoholic. What Does this teach our children? That their parents are bad? Their beliefs wrong? Who are they to make that decision? Moreover and above who are they to reduce the role of parents in the child's eyes? I could rant for hours. And no, I do not smoke and I am far from being a alcoholic. We must address the relationship between home and school does not create children neo-Nazi fascist. No wonder these kids are all that EMO have learned not to trust.
