Stop Smoking Exercise

Do you really want to quit? or do you use weight gain Pardon?

I do not smoke, ever, admit to being one of these "Pain in the butts' (OK, bad pun!) Who constantly speak of the stench and an anti-social smokers, especially in public places.

You can imagine my joy when one of my local pubs recently banned smoking. Shortly after the ban came into force I spotted a guy ready to cigarette in hand, and was about to get Huffy and even confrontation. Fortunately I held I continued my beer - but she was intrigued. The cigarette was unlit, and yet it is close to his mouth, touching imaginary ash and generally acting as if he was smoking. Curious to know what I was asked to run, only to discover it was his own unorthodox approach to keep the hands busy and therefore, as he said, keeping his weight down.

Although everyone knows that smoking is harmful health, it is surprising how many smokers cite fear of becoming fat as a reason not to quit smoking.

The simple fact is that not stop smoking affects your weight, but the change of habit can lead you to increase your food intake.

But there are many ways to ensure that this does not happen to you.

Over there is no need for a special diet when you stop smoking but you must use your common sense. If you eat chocolate instead of smoking then you are very likely to gain weight!

Monitor your diet for a fortnight before quitting - write a food diary, noting everything you eat and when. You simply use it to ensure what you eat post-drop follows a similar pattern.

In a similar way, note how much exercise you can do as a smoker. When you stop smoking, you can start comparing how much exercise you can do with ease. This will make you the opportunity to become editor of other ways, and actually help you through the difficult time giving up the addiction.

Even moderate amounts Exercise can reduce the sensation of smoking. A recent study found that women who maintained a rigorous exercise regime coupled a stop-smoking program were twice as likely to succeed than those who did not. Frankly, the exercise is incompatible with smoking, and you also more likely to be mixed with non-smokers.

Let's face it, if you smoke 20 cigarettes a day, you put your hand to your mouth at least 200 times per day. When you exit, you must keep your hands busy. How to peel the fruit on snacks, puzzles, or perhaps to even knitting.

Beware viewing access as a non-smoker, especially when your motivation starts to wane. You can always get help with thanks to the use of hypnotherapy. As with many behavioral problems, it is simply a matter of reprogramming our minds. Quitting smoking is difficult, and self-hypnosis is a method that many are discovering as a simple way to help keep the mental attitude and motivation of course.

Like the chap in the pub, you may find your own method of dealing with your challenge to quit, and well .. if it works - great!
