The drug Chantix really work to stop smoking?
I just read an article about a new drug developed by Phifezer called "Chantix". Supposedly it helps smokers to quit working w / some receptors in the brain that trigger a desire. Has anyone tried it? What has been your experience w / her? Would you recommend? It's a bit pricy at about $ 169 online Thanks ........! Wow, awesome! Seems promising. I am interested in this for my boyfriend. He smoked for about 20 years - 1 pack per day. He has a genuine interest in quitting, it is even went cold turkey for a few days, but it becomes extremely sullen and eventually start smoking. Is there a good website where I can buy at a price reasonable Thank you!
Yes, I personally have used. I have been smoking for 6 1 / 2 months now and I smoked for 8. Take 1 week of doses while smoking, then on the 7th day you're not supposed to smoke. Then you keep taking a pill once a day as long as you need up to 6 months. I had little or no cravings and no withdrawal symptoms such as headaches, cranky, etc. I just eat a little more. The only side effect that bothers me when crazy movie like dreams and sometimes stomach upset. It was worth it. You can take up to 6 months to help you quit smoking. I just needed to take it for 2 months though. I always envy from time to time, but why begin again to nicotine is out of my system, and envy takes a few seconds to several minutes. Chantix is very popular today. It works!
