What's the "active ingredient" in Commit Lozenges?
They are a "stop smoking" aid and I was wondering if anyone knew what kind of "medicine" is in it that stops cigarette cravings?
I checked the website but it was very vague on the subject of "how it works"

Nicotine. Same ingredient in cigarettes which when discountinued causes the withdrawal symptoms. Basically supplementing the nicotine orally, not allowing withdrawal to occur, and weaning yourself off until your body doesn't need the nicotine anymore.
