Science and nose in the Bible and the Koran
Before addressing the theme of "Nose" in Quran versus science versus Bible, it is mandatory to remember that the total words of the Bible are 788,280 while total words in the Quran are 77,473. It follows that the Bible is more than 10 times the Quran word-wise.
The nose is mentioned 19 times in the Bible and once in the Qur'an, ie the Bible mentions the nose 19 times more than the Koran
In other words, the Bible has the potential of more than 10 times (word-wise) and 19 times (subject-wise) than the Koran to snuffle.
The nose in the Bible:
The Lord will his hook in the nose and tip of your mouth
I wonder, that the Lord has a hook and a bit?
2 Kings 19:28
Because you rage against me and your insolence reached my ears, I will put my hook in the nose and my bit in your mouth, and I'll return it to you by the way you came. "
Isaiah 37:29
Because you rage against me and because your insolence has reached my ears, I will put my hook in the nose and my bit in your mouth, and I'll return it to you by way you came.

The rights of man blind or lame, or one with the flat nose: Do Stay away
Leviticus 21:18
Every man is he who has one fault, he can not approach: a blind, or lame, or one that has a flat nose, or any thing superfluous,
The king of Assyria, who took Manasseh prisoner, put a hook in the nose.
It is biblical method of capture and arrest people.
This is putting a hook in the person arrested.
2 Chronicles 33:11
Then the LORD sent against them the army commanders of the king of Assyria, who took Manasseh prisoner, put a hook in his nose, bound him with bronze chains and took him to Babylon.
Can anyone capture him and Pierce his nose?
It seems likely that the Bible considers it as something impossible!
Job 40:24
Can anyone capture him by the eyes, or trap him and Pierce his nose?
Can you put a rope through the nose?
Job 41:2
Can you put a rope through his nose or pierce his jaw with a hook.
They have noses but they feel nothing;
This may take place in many diseases of the nose
Psalm 115:6
They have ears but hear not, the nose, but they feel nothing;
Twisting the nose produces blood!
Proverbs 30:33

Look at them the junction of their nose!
Ezekiel 8:17
He said: "Have you seen this, the son of man? Is this a trivial matter for the house of Judah, to do the detestable things they do here? Must they also fill the land with violence and continually provoke me to anger? Watch them make the branch to their nose!
The result of the jealous wrath of the Lord!
They'll cut your nose and ears. They will remove your son and your daughters, and those of you who are left will fall by the sword and consumed by fire.
Ezekiel 23:25

Stop the noses of passengers
Ezekiel 39:11
And The time has come to pass in that day, I give unto Gog a place there of graves in Israel, the valley of the passengers is of the sea: and it must stop noses of the passengers: and there they bury Gog and all his multitude: and they call the Valley Hamongog.
The nose ring
The Bible speaks nose ring in five verses.
Genesis 24:22
Drink when the camels had finished, the man took a gold nose ring weighing a Beka and two gold bracelets weighing ten shekels.
Genesis 24:30
As soon as he saw the nose ring and bracelets upon his sister's arms, and had heard Rebekah what the man said he went to the man and found him standing by the camels near the spring.
Genesis 24:47
"I asked him, "whose daughter are you? She said: "The daughter of Bethuel son of Nahor, Milca that bore him." Then I put the ring in the nose and the bracelets on the arms,
Isaiah 3:21
the signet rings and nose rings,
Ezekiel 16:12
And I put a ring on the nose, earrings on your ears and a beautiful crown on your head.
The Nose in the Qur'an:
Allah says in the Torah that a life for life, eye for eye, nose for nose, ear for ear, tooth for tooth, and wounds equal retaliation, but as anyone who renounces a freewill offering, it will be expiation for him. Whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed are unjust.
The Bible does not speak of one who renounces the law Offer free choice and reward in the hereafter!
Surah 5:45
QARIB we have written for them a life for life, eye for eye, nose for nose, ear for ear, tooth for tooth, and wounds equal retaliation, but anyone who gives up as a voluntary offering, it will be an expiation for him. Whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed are unjust.
SHAKIR: and we have prescribed for them that life for life, eye for eye, nose nose, ear for ear, tooth for tooth, and (there IS) in the wounds of retaliation, but he who foregoes it must be an atonement for him, and do not judge by what Allah revealed, those are unfair
PICKTHAL: and we have prescribed for them therein: life for life, and eye to eye and nose for nose, ear for ear, tooth for tooth, and wounds of retaliation. but whoever forgoeth it (in the way of charity) it shall be expiation for him. Anyone who judges not by what Allah hath revealed: such are the wrongdoers.
Yusufali: We ordained therein for them: life for life, eye for eye, nose for nose, ear for ear, tooth for tooth, and wounds equal for equal. " but if one puts the retaliation by way of charity, it is an act of atonement for himself. and if any fail to judge by (light) what Allah hath revealed, they are (no better than) wrong-doers.
It should be noted that the law of the Torah that is mentioned in four verses never say "nose to nose.
The law says: life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot injury but the injury to never say face to face.
However, in the Quran, Allah says in the Torah that a life for life, eye for eye, nose for nose, etc.
