Has anyone ever heard a workbook that helps you stop smoking?
I was given this book by my doctors office did IFS know the American Cancer socity or not, but ... it's a workbook that will take you through the tasks daiily on evaluating your Cigarette consumption in working with chemical dependency and the habit of smoking ... For example one day ... much smoke that you must, but record the time the book and what you think and feel ... and so on, like keeping a bit of old huts with a little water in it and as days go buy it you feel it when you cigertte want a ... and the days go by that you only smoke a few a day and it reduces the slowdown your desires and makes you look as the habit, and you not smoke at times .. and so it worked for me and I can not leave the other way to try all ... but you can keep track for 10 days and the last day you want to smoke a desire to one day and the easiest way to end on the 11th day
Once the book is entitled "Stop smoking in one hour and it comes with CD you have to listen. You're supposed to on the CD only once .... and never smoking. Author is Susan Hepburn.
