Quit Smoking Weight Gain Metabolism
How can I lose weight and stop smoking at the same time?

I gained 40 pounds the first time and now I QUIT I QUIT AND STILL afraid to gain another 40 lbs. iT As if my metabolism has stalled and I'm also PERI-MENIPAUSAL. HELP

Well heres I have to offer not only I was overweight and smoked, but I'm also a personal trainer. I'll say it now the hardest thing to try to do both simultaneously. I would suggest starting decent food nothing to something easy to get radical and hold down your smoking. Personally I could never abruptly stop losing weight while only keeping it the same thing. The Clients come to me with this problem and the bottom line is that you really want to do basically two things that happen. So my best suggestion is to develop good eating habits to decent food for a while then gradually smoke less once habits are really up with good food make the leap nonsmoker. This should continue to eat at a minimum after quiting. If you need help or more help message Specific me goodluck
