Who wishes they never started smoking?
I started at a young age, about 14, and like most young I most likely he is to "integrate". I tried to leave without using a lot of times and tried a few times with help.It worked on one occasion where I Zyban tablets, but 16 weeks later I started smoking again. second attempt with Zyban has been a total failure and had no effect on my custom whatsoever. I heard that there is some form of tablets who came after Zyban and it is much more effective.Has person tried this pill / drug? I wish I had never got used bloody dirty!
Yes, I wish I had never started. I stopped several years ago after smoking for more 20. It is a disgusting, dirty habit, do all of you and around you stink, and regardless of what some people think very poorly informed, it kill you. Smoking is probably one of the most difficult drugs to quit. Steven Tyler of Aerosmith once said it was more difficult to stop smoking a cigarette it was quit heroin, and I believe. The hardest part is not the nicotine - you can do with this within a few weeks. The hardest part is the mental part - most people, if they really think this or not - seem to consider cigarettes to a friend "they can always turn to when stress becomes too great. Many people who quit smoking - including me - and not try several times before doing so. Do not give up - keep getting "back on the horse." Try to check on the Lung Association's website American and go to smoking cessation "party" for tips, tricks and support from others who have experienced the same thing. Good luck!
