I need to stop smoking.?

Okay, so I started smoking about a year and a half. I have not done for look cool or anything, I just had the stresses in my life that I was mentally destroyed if one day I just said f * ck it and started the bumming off my friends. The next thing you know I'll buy mine and we were a year and a half later. To be honest, my biggest problem is I do not want to stop smoking. I smoke, I can not really explain it. Now, whenever I say I'm leaving some stress rises slightly (as an argument with my parents or I do wrong on a quiz, stupid things), I ended up buying a pack. I need to stop because I know it's bad for me. I do not want to use patches or gum, and do what I know she needs to be just mental toughness. Other that if anyone has any recommendations I'm all ears.

with patches or nicotine gum (idk spelling) will be truly desires difficult to stop, my suggestion is down to smoking less, yes it will take time and lots of hard work to resist the urge to smoke, but if you can get to smoke once a day, then try to go one day two days, then three full days, if you can find on the first 3, you can stop completely hard parts will be resistant to drug craving then find something you can do to make your mind out of ciggettes listen the music playing with things a long math problem (lol) but you just need more pretting to find something to help the cravings and be ready to quit Smoking
