Quit Smoking Lungs Clearing
Is it possible that you can reduce the amount of tar in the lungs more quickly smoking??

I read that it takes 24 hours to carbon monoxide must be removed from the body once you stop smoking and lungs start to clear mucus and debris others after smoking the same amount of time. But when they say the debris, I do not think it means tar. There is no way tar be removed from my lungs after only 24 hours. I know it takes years. But if I started doing more exercise may be ... Or if I went in a steam room every day (I know these things clean your lungs of toxins), so I quit and I have not been hardcore smoking for so long (maybe 3 or 4 years), but I also read that it takes 15 years for risk of heart attack in the fall of the same person who has never smoked! Please help.

Yes. The best way? To never smoke again. Forget 15 years, when you leave, when you make your last cigarette is the moment you become healthier. Every minute counts with no smoke because the body is armed with a wonderful immune system that does its best to take care of the body and live smoke you help your body recover faster damages done by the smoke. Do not worry, your body regenerate and a healthy lifestyle (development, good diet, less stress, etc.) your chances of heart disease or any other disease in general, will be considerably reduced. Be happy and proud that you have the first step in recognizing the adverse effects of cigarette smoke and to take additional steps to continue to live without smoke! Inquire on it and arm yourself with knowledge. You can do it! Good luck:)
