Many people ask what the schedule is to quit. They want to know if are a number of days, weeks or months to go before they they no longer feel the urge to smoke. Then there are the people who decide they are put their own scenario for themselves. They declare their goal of not having cravings for a certain date. There is a problem with these two tactics and their concerns.

No matter how much you want for there to be a timetable for quitting, there is no such thing. Everybody smokes a cigarette and different amount of each body reacts to nicotine and withdrawal differently. Also, throw in the factor that everyone could be to use another method to stop smoking. It is easy to see once you really start looking at everything that it is impossible that nobody, not even a doctor can give you an honest and sincere quitting timeline.

You can have dreams and hopes for How long the whole process take you, but the last thing you want to do is set up to fail.
