Whoever understands the Fire in implementing the duty not only for himself but his audience, and other acts in his profession.

In other words Fire Eating is not the experience or the immature person, whether 16 or 60.
You've got to know what you do to, and be a hundred percent depth in your preparation in advance, as well as in control as you do.

"Get to know 'your love and become familiar with how it burns the fire before eating practice stunts with a direct flame.
Find a good place ...
The best place to eat in a fire zone free high ceiling overlooking flammable objects is well ventilated, but without any perceptible breeze. If you are the fire eating outdoors make sure you're in a space that is resistant to wind and, in particular, changes in wind direction.
Unpredictable conditions winds are a major cause of fire eating burns.
Heat rises ...
Remember that! The main reason not to get burned while fire eating or performing other stunts is that localized fire heat rises, and as the flame is a place to be pleasant.
Breathing ...
It is important to have excellent control of breathing while eating fire. It is imperative that you NEVER inhale while a flame in your mouth. This can cause serious burns and poisoning by ingestion of harmful vapors. For prepare your breathing, practicing simple breath control, breathing slowly for 10 counts, holding for 10 counts, then exhale slowly for another 10 counts. NEVER attempt to eat fire swollen or out of breath. Always be calm, focused and in controlling your breathing. If you feel you're short of breath while eating fire, IMMEDIATELY remove the torch.
What's hot??
Fuel, of course! Therefore the choice of eating fire fuel is so important. The role of the wick is to act as sponges that soak in gasoline that will burn. Wicks fortunes or those built with cotton or wool cotton will deteriorate after only a few uses and may actually begin to burn if not extinguished before the fuel has evaporated out. Always change your WAD cotton before your performance.
Alcohol ...
Alcohol induces recklessness, alters time response and reduced muscular control. To fire breath requires safely cares awareness, good timing and good control of your breathing and lips.
IMPORTANT
• Never shot if the wind is too strong and never blow against the wind at any time always blow with the wind current.
Fuels - Never SHELLITE or lighter fluid or fuel to blow it because it is highly flammable and could just run back along the stream of steam and burn your face, clothes or hair. I can not stress in the fire or Sol Parraffin kerosene or kerosene can be purchased at any hardware store.
DO NOT USE LITE SHELL, lighter fluid, gasoline BLOW OUT
You will certainly pay the price when PROCESSING OF FIRE
Always careful where people are standing when you do, make sure they are at least 10 feet away from you. Beware of wandering toddlers and children as they may become excited and run towards you, take care and be very careful when performing in smaller venues, keep an eye on people standing around your torches and extra careful when running in the crowded night clubs, restaurants, and street parades.
CURTAIN SCENE
• Always extra careful where you spray your fuel flame.
• If you perform on stage, please stay away from curtains because they could catch light in a few seconds if not careful.
• Stay well away from spectators and do not spray to the public.
AIR C0NDITIONING
• Check for air conditioning and where the draft breath as some stages of the club have air conditioning blowing down or across the stage, it is also caused by the open side of the stage, projects are common, especially in the theaters, so check before making have closed all doors for your performance.
TRAVEL WITH THE FIRE OF FUEL
• Carry Fuel is an "approved" fuel tin can and mark it clearly. (Fire - Eating DANGER fuel).
• Always keep closed and sealed, and away from children and toddlers.
PLANE
• Never think carrying some fuel on board planes as there are heavy fines and even imprisonment penalties.
• If you travel Interstate or organize abroad with customers to fuel their ready for your performance.
FIRE EXSTINGUISHERS
• Keep a small fire extinguisher / fire blanket and always in a particular first aid kit containing bandages and burn cream. Keep next to the stadium or near the place where you are.
You can buy items in any what stores in malls, shop for cars or hardware.
When Finished PERFORMING
Pour your liquid fuel in a fuel container.
Do not pour fuel in a sink or toilet bowl as sometimes return of stage smoke and throw their butts in the fabric bowls, this could cause a fire. As for people sitting on the toilet, they would be sitting on a bomb if they dropped their cigarette into the bowl. Have common sense and have your firewall in a tightly closed and stored.
Do not leave a residue on the stage floor, wipe as it could be slippery and dangerous, caution other acts on after you, especially dancers.
PLACES
If you make a place please speak to management as they would need isolate alarms or smoke detectors before performing, as most sites are very strict fire regulations.
A client may call you for your performance at their special event or function, please advise them to contact the place where the function will take place and talk to management on the fire behavior. You do not want to attend a function and being told by security that you are unable to perform with fire, some sites are good and can isolate the fire alarm within 20 to 30 minutes, other sites may vary 1 to 2 days notice they need to consult with management or security to isolate alarms and sprinklers.
I have seen and heard some cases where fire performers, rock bands with smoke machines were not told the direction the fire alarms to Road and firefighters arrived on the scene.
WHO Payable invoice firefighters?
YOU - $ 500 to $ 1500
So please be cautious ahead.
FIRE LIGHTS
Always have two to four torches, torch can each last up to three minutes, when you're done pick up a fresh new torch. This is good and safe advice to the podium fire-eaters you are usually on stage for one or two dance numbers, this represents approximately six minutes, a torch and could wear the cotton wool can disintegrate or hatching, it is wiser not to dip a smoldering torch into a bowl of fuel as it could be loaded down. The best and absolutely the way the safest place is old torches down and replaced by one or two torches costs.
THE BOWL OF FUEL
The fuel bowl must be heavy metals, do not use plastic bowls as liquid can burn through. I highly recommend a heavy champagne bucket chrome and place the bottle of liquid in the champagne bucket. You can buy a champagne bucket at any kitchen store or restaurant food. Also a chrome champagne bucket stand where you can put in the bucket. It looks very professional, is superb on stage and is much safer than having the bowl on the floor, as you can travel on your bucket and spill fuel all over the stage. When you do fire eating, always stay 5 feet of the basin and especially when running the blow. The tank should be well behind you.
DO NOT BOWL In front of you in the performance of BLOW OUT.
Do not light your torch above the bowl DIP liquid, stir, then walk 5 feet from the bowl then light the torch.
CONCLUSION:
Please have this information leaflet Security ever, because it will help and guide you to succeed as a responsible, safe and intelligent Bonfire Performer.
BURNS: First Relief
To distinguish a minor burn from a serious burn, the first step is to determine the degree and extent of damage to body tissues. The three classes of first-degree burn, second-degree burn and third-degree burn you will help determine emergency care.
First degree burn
The least serious burns are those in which only the outer layer of skin (epidermis) is burned. The skin is usually red, with swelling and pain sometimes present. The layer outside of the skin has not been entirely consumed. Treat a first degree burn as a minor burn unless it comprises a substantial part of the hands, feet, face, groin or buttocks or a major joint.
Second degree burn
When the first layer of skin has been burned through and the second layer of skin (dermis) also is burned, the damage is known a second-degree burn. Blisters develop and the skin becomes intensely red, Splotchy appearance. The second-degree burns produce severe pain and swelling.
If the second-degree burn is no larger than 2 to 3 inches in diameter, treat it as a minor burn. If the burned area is higher than it is on the burning of the hands, feet, face, groin or buttocks or a major joint, see a doctor immediately.
For minor burns, including second-degree burns limited to an area not exceeding not 2 to 3 inches in diameter take the following measures:
• Cool the burn. Hold the burned area under water cool for at least 5 minutes, or until the pain subsides. If this is impractical, immerse the burn in cold water or cold compresses with cold. Cooling the burn reduces swelling by conducting heat from the skin. Do not put ice on the burn.
• Cover burn with a sterile gauze bandage. Do not use fluffy cotton, which in May irritate the skin. Wrap the gauze loosely to avoid putting pressure on the burned skin. Bandaging keeps air off the burned skin, reduces pain and protects blistered skin.
• Get a nonprescription analgesic. These include aspirin, ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, others), naproxen (Aleve) or acetaminophen (Tylenol, others). Never give aspirin to children or teenagers.
Axis heal burns usually without additional treatment. They may heal with pigmentation changes, meaning the healed area may be a different color from the surrounding skin. Watch for signs of infection such as increased pain, redness, fever, swelling or oozing. If infection develops, consult a doctor. Avoid further trauma or tanning if the burns are less than a year - doing so may cause further changes in pigmentation extended. Use a screen solar area for at least a year.
Caution
• Do not use ice. Put the ice directly on a burn can cause frostbite, further damaging your skin.
• Do not blisters break. Broken blisters are vulnerable to infection.
