Ways of quitting are best?
When I was struggling with nicotine, I tried literally every product quit the market. I tried gum, patches, lozenges, prescription drugs, inhalers, nasal sprays, and range of plants to stop smoking. They have all worked to varying degrees, but none of them were permanent solutions to my problem. No matter what I try, it was only a matter of time before I fall back into my old addiction. If it took one week or six months, aid to stop smoking has always failed.
The importance of Determination
The main reason why nothing has worked is obvious. Apparently, I did not have the will and determination to quit. If I had felt certain that deep I was successful in my quit, then I'm sure one of these methods could have quit the tour.

Of course, it can make you feel better to use something to help you along your path. But the fact is that the best help to stop smoking is your own mind. What is good in the short term, but what happens a few weeks the line when you're still addicted to nicotine and you have a stressful day? Are you really going to settle for a piece of gum? This is the problem that many people encounter.
Prescription smoking cessation aids have been known to help as well, but you can get from your doctor, and chances are good that your doctor do not want to prescribe. After all, they are real medicines with serious side effects. From the perspective of your doctor, why put a patient through that when there are other ways to quit smoking?
I had an amazing success to quit smoking herbs, but like many herbal products, it is difficult to say whether the results were real or just a placebo effect. Ultimately, I relapsed back into smoking.
Exit without products
