Halloween Trail: Lehman Township will hold an organizational meeting for volunteers on Thursday, Sept. 16, at the community park starting at 7 p.m. Tjhe event takes place on Oct. 22 and 23.

The National Park Service has extended the alternatives public comment period for the Susquehanna to Roseland Transmission Line Environmental Impact Statement, originally scheduled to end on Sept. 7. to Sept. 14. this extension will not affect the overall environmental review.

FC Pocono Fall 2010 Mini-Blasters Program: Six-week program begins Sept. 14. Ends Oct.21. For ages 4 to 7 (born on or after Aug. 1, 2003). good technical introduction to soccer taught by coach John Francis, a United States Soccer Federation National D-License holder. Sessions held Tuesdays and Thursdays; Ages 4 to 5 from 6 to 7 p.m.; ages 6 to 7 from 7 to 8 p.m. at Minisink Soccer Fields in East Stroudsburg.
